hi,just new to this ,can anyone tell me the standard sprocket sizes for a 125, i've seen a shop on e-bay selling a 9 tooth front and 44 rear ,is this correct??

Hi limprich, this may be of help to you. Go to sherco official website, click on 50cc info, next you see specks in upper left hand corner, choose 125. And scroll down under "secondary transmission", and I think you'll find the information you need. rr

I thought 10-44 is standard, but everyone runs 9-44 on the 125 to make the most of the low down power of the sherco. I've been running a 48 rear, but couldnt get the speed needed in places. So yeah, those listed are correct.

9-44 is standard on the 125 last I seen, but many of the hot dog riders use the 48 on the rear to make 2nd and 3rd gear more usable.
