CHRISTMAS FRUIT CAKE!!!

Ingredients:

1 cup water; 2 cups dried fruit; 1 tsp salt; 1 cup white sugar; 1 bottle whiskey; 1 tsp baking soda; 1 cup brown sugar; 4 large eggs; Juice of 1 lemon; 1 cup butter; 8 oz. nuts

Method:

* Sample the whiskey to check for quality

    We actually got an inch or two of snow on the ground here today in near blizzard conditions!
