Recently stripped my Villiers 8E as the primary case needed some welding; painted the head, de-coke etc whilst out of the frame. Re-assembled in the same order without any problems and now can

    could there be an air leak caused by worn crankshaft oil seals?

    i`ve also heard of bikes having to be towed to start them after a severe de-coking.
