Trp Rear Shock On A 2010

Featured Replies

Hi thinking of putting a jitsie TRP Rear shock on my 2010 st2.5 and was wondering if anyone has one on theirs and if so what do you think of them?

Well just put one on my '07 (after the stock one blew the internal seal/bushing then broke the shaft) and I love it.....big big difference from the stock one.(I would say less difference with a '09 or even '10 stock shocks) Much better adjustability and the sucker is 100% rebuildable as ALL shocks should be by todays standards.

If you do not mine the price and plan on keeping the bike for a couple of years ....go for it...make sure you get the proper spring for your weight.

If you do not like it you can at least adjust on it internally which any suspension shop can easily do.

Bikrgi, Thanks for that input on the Sherco shock. Would You mind telling how much? And if available in the USA, where that would be. Thanks very much.

LewisportUSA is one dealer that can get you fitted

http://www.lewisportusa.com/parts_wheels.htm

Price $750 plus or minus depending on exchange rates

I think the Olle is around $450 +/-

My Sherco dealer (Neil Carter Cycles) ordered it direct from Belgium and had it within 2 weeks

Other shops
