March 3, 201016 yr Reading about the first round of the Spanish openfree http://66.196.80.202/babelfish/translate_u...rcototal.htm%3f The video makes the sections look a bit easy, don't know if they were or not but the results look about right for the top riders. Is it the answer to getting more rider participation at top level ? Will more countries follow suit ?
March 3, 201016 yr Probably, but personally I hope not. It complicates things from what is a straightforward to understand sport.
March 3, 201016 yr Author Reading the report it didn't seem to get a thumbs down, with the worlds top five riders competing in it, I can see the possibility of it getting pushed to the FIM. Does that leave the rest of the world riders playing catch up?. It may well be a option at world level but could it be another nail in the flat cap wellie brigades coffin. Dabster!! could the shop window get broken ?
March 3, 201016 yr The observer with his scoring Gizmo looked the part, but I reckon the observers brief before the trial would be a 2 hour lesson? Edited March 3, 201016 yr by GIZZA5
