Hi all just fitted new seals to my forks but not sure on the amount and weight of oil to put back in . They look like they had been leaking for a while so cant measure what came out , any help would be much appreciated

Hi again rang Birkitts today and they told me to put 300ml 5 wt fork oil in. This is with the forks with the blue plastic top bolts. They also advised 17.5 pilot and 102.5 main jets float hight 18mm , 10 tooth front 57 rear . Very helpful lots of useful tips Hope this info is of use to someone .Cheers all Martin
