Clutch Problem Following Engine Install.

Featured Replies

Alright lads just wondering if anyone could help. I had recently removed the engine from my 2007 SY250 to get the sump bolt threads redone on the casing which was done at a local bike shop. When putting the engine back in the bike I have noticed that I seem to have no spring action on the clutch arm on the engine casing (never really payed much attention to this when removing clutch slave in the first place). The clutch master cylinder appears to work fine but I have no spring return from the clutch itself. I've never really had much to do with this on the bike so was just after any advice/ diagnosis.

Thanks

Mike.
