January 17, 200521 yr Which Oil is best for these older motors? Currently using Castrol TTS, but is it too good? Mixing at 50:1..........is this about right or could I go up to 60 or 70 :1 on a better oil. Seemed to run a bit smoky @ 50:1 Also what's the best gearing set-up - Rear is currently on a 48t. However I seem to remember somebody mentioning 9/51t or was I imagining it??
