Oset Trial

Featured Replies

The Stratford-Upon-Avon Club will be running a Saturday afternoon trial specifically for Conducted riders with class D and the NEW CLASS E licences.

The trial will take place at Saintbury Quarry near Broadway on Saturday 19th June starting at 2pm.

There will be two routes on offer with trophies presented on the day to the best rider on each route.

The emphasis on the event is to provide a FUN afternoon with sections suitable for the smallest young trials riders away from the distractions of a normal club trial.

Similar aged riders, easy sections, no pressure equals FUN.

The following day will be a normal Club trial, so any small wheel riders can make it a two day meeting if they wish.

For more information see the TC Calendar on the front page.

Just to let any interested young riders know that we have plotted eight sections with two routes on each, the easy route is set with class E riders in mind and the hard route for slightly older class D riders.

It definately won't be a hard trial.

If I get half a dozen or so turn up, then I plan tol make this a regular thing at our club trials.

Well done to the two riders who turned up to the first..... and last, Oset trial at Saintbury Quarry today.

Day two had a 50% increase in riders, another one turned up.

It's really encouraging to sign a young person up for their first ever trial. I was 17 when I did my first one, he's got 11 years head start on me.

Sadly I can't justify putting on a seperate route for just two or three riders, so unless people pre-enter in future, this will be the last one we put on. At least we gave it a go.
