Hi,im 45 and just got me a beta rev3 yesterday as i have just had an hernia op which has left me a bit sore!

I've got six weeks off work however i'm riding only after 2 weeks.

'mad' says me mrs as i have a hematoba complication.

i think i know what i'm doing!

trials is such a good physical therapy and can fix many a back ach i recon.

i just put 2x 2hours in and taking it easy
