August 25, 201016 yr OK, i'll make a generalisation here. Usually, trials bikes with air cooled engines were recommended to run at around 50:1 by the manufacturers, this was using mineral 2 stroke oil. These days, superior fully synthetic oil is easily available and cheap, personally i like to use fully synthetic oil at about 65:1 on air cooled engines. I have used shell advance, and putoline synthetic oil in my air cooled engines for many years with no problems. Edited August 25, 201016 yr by t-shock 250
