August 27, 201016 yr This carb mod kit for the TLR200 is probably no longer available from Honda as I bought the second to last one earlier this year. September 19, 201015 yr Just what does the mod kit fix? If I remember correctly It was a "Cold Start Kit" For the 1986 and 1987 TLR200 Reflex that was imported to the USA that was a "Dual Sport" model of the TLR 200. It was supposed to make it less cranky to start.
