Lower Back Pain

Featured Replies

Hi,

I get lower back pain when doing long distance trials over moorland.

A friend said that the getting the raised fatbar clamps can help this. If this is true wich are the best ones to get ?

I have entered the scott this year so I am trying to be as fit as possible, this is my main problem so if you could help that would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Bar risers are a must, I am 6`3" and have 19mm on my XCLAMPS.

Try and get as many tools on the bike as you can although I have just ordered a Kriega R3 waist belt.

5 weeks to go, lots of running and bike time as possible.

SIS is a must, try and get use to the sachets if you can, they taste like sh**.

Good luck, I may be infront or behind you.

DJ.
