Broken Rear Spring

Featured Replies

Just been sorting out my sons 2010 125 sherco for this weekends traverse trial & came over a broken rear spring on his Ohlines shocker. This is the second broken rear spring in two weeks.

Checked the shocker & it looks fine, damping working & is straight.

Would like to know if any one came across this before.

Thanks in advance

Sounds as though Ohlins may have a spring problem! Think I might put the stocker back on untill this is corrected.

Could it be over stressed due to coil bind? Maybe the spring does not match the shock.

i thought ohlins wouldnt work on the 2010, and it was only the TRP that would. its not fouling somewhere is it ?
