re the changes from 70's to current High Boy frame see: http://www.sammymillerproducts.co.uk/792 which states "Our new High Boy Frame has been built in the same style as the original frame of the 70's. But we have sharpened the head angle a touch, by altering the fork offset by 1 1/2 degrees and lengthened the swinging arm by about an inch and a 1/4 to maintain the wheel base of 51 1/2 inches."
