Hi, to everone on board. I've been around bikes since I was 14 right through to being old enough to know better. Ive never competed in a trial but I have observed at a couple in years gone by.

So what am I doing here, well I've decided that at 50+ I would like to try a few trials before its to late. I've been looking around the site and have more or less decided to go down the twin shock route on a bike from the 60's or 70's. ( i'll need to be able to sit down  )It will probabley mean renovating or building a suitable light weight bike, as its going to have to be carried on the rear of the car. I once did an A10 650 BSA in a sort of trials / green lane type bike. Good fun but even as a teenager I was unable to extract it from deep mud unassited. So A light weight is a must in preference to a heart attack.

So I'll leave you all in peace till Ican find something that I need to tap into the forums expertise

Cheers to All.

Get yourself a bike from THIS decade, you will be happier in the long run!

Cheers!
