Hi all

I have recently bought a trials bicycle to practise balance and improve my fitness.

This will be a good laugh to anyone watching, as I'm old, fat and clueless!

Still, got to start somewhere.

Can anyone recommend any good videos/articles relating to bike trials. In particular, training and techniques.
