January 23, 201115 yr does anyone have a wiring diagram for an ossa explorer or at least non battery bike with lights,have made a loom tested it with a battery,but dont know if I need a rectifier/regulator,nor sure of connections from stator.

Do you know what system is is for sure. Thoughts being you may well need a regulator tied into the lighting circuit to keep from popping lamps at revs, but I cannot figure you need a rectifier with no battery or fan. Could be 6V lighting? Most regulators ar e just a simple "T" shunt to earth for the excess voltage. Just got to get the right one!
January 25, 201115 yr Author Thanks for that definatly 6v lights,have an old rectifier from a spanish Lambretta that also had a motoplat ignition,whats the worst that can happen?
