Hi, any ideas how you fit a kickstart shaft on my ty250 mono? Do you only have to take the kickstart side casing off or do you have to get in from both ways?

Gaz - it sounds as if you really need an owners manual as nearly all of the answers will be there.

The amount of oil you need is stamped on the clutch cover.

To replace the kickstart shaft i am pretty sure you will need to split the motor - before you do this check

that everything is in the correct place on the outer side (behind the clutch cover) as sometimes the clip can

work free.
