March 21, 201115 yr 's funny thing with builders. I've known a few and have never recommended any of them. The reason was simple, much building work goes pear shaped and ends up with acrimony between builder and client. I didn't want to be in the middle of it.

Kinda like finding a good mechanic, or doctor, all a bunch of idiots!
