March 7, 201115 yr does any one know if i can buy a new bore sleeve for my pinky as its on .75 over size now and would like to rebuild it soon with new piston kit I think the sleeve is cast in and would need to be bored out and new sleeve fitted. I am just doing some 320 linners for a ty250. Jack

You can bore them out quite a way though - again Nigel does re-boring and can source the pistons - he has got a lot in stock. Best wishes - Alan
March 8, 201115 yr You can bore them to 260 or 270cc so no need to resleeve at this moment. When i had mine i had it bored to 270 and had the inlet manifold shorteded and porting done. Once rejetted the bike was probably the best bike i have ever had and i now wish i had never sold it.

March 12, 201115 yr what material are you using to make the linner s grade 300 is what i was recomended by supplier. Its not easy to sorce as most suppliers stock 250.
