Hi, I have just purchased a Montes Cota 314 and would like to find information on fuel setup, timing etc would anyone have any information or a source ?

    Good engine in those bikes.

    Ignition timing can be adjusted by fitting a different chip under the seat, blue is std grey is advanced from memory. Not sure if you can adjust the timing at the stator as I never took the flywheel off mine.

    I used fuel mix of 50 to 1 but oil is a bit better now so you may get away with 60 or 70 to 1.
