Sherco 200

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I am in the process of rebuilding one of these. My question is how much fork oil n what weight? I am average weight so something standard and available in the UK if possible.

Any places to find fork oil & dust seals, including the o ring sighing the collar between the uppers & lowers?

Thanks,

Andy

330ml per leg of 5W fork oil. I only know of outer dust seals through sherco and pricy.

Contact Chris @ splatshop.co.uk, He'll get you the parts, good people. Also, check out sherco.com, waynes_corner, for technical info.

Cheers guys. Just swingarm bearings and headset bearings and I can put her back together!

Is there any cheap alternative plastics for these?

What gear oil is suitable for these? I was going to go with PJ1 Ultralight.

The PJ1 should be fine. No such thing as cheap plastics

Some of the teams like to have fresh looking plastics and keep used ones for spares.

I used to get relatively inexpensive, used plastics from the importer.
