March 23, 200521 yr I don't think it really matters what bike you are riding, so long as you use some high quality stuff. I am using Motul Transoil at the moment but it depends what my dealer has as to what I use. I think that it is supposed to be 10W30. Something like that anyway.
March 23, 200521 yr I recently discovered Repsol transmission oil, it's a 10-30w. It's a lot cheaper than Elf HTX which I had been using. I don't get any drag and the clunk between 4th and 5th on my Pro is LOTS quieter! A couple of my mates are using it now, one has a 315 Mont the other a Sherco and they both say their clutches and gearboxes have never worked better. I got it from BVM in Stroud.
March 23, 200521 yr Regarding the Repsol ive just put it in my lads gasser and the clutch action is better with less drag and the changes are smoother, he is chuffed with and we were previously on Bel-Ray which was also very good but harder to get hold of.
