Batten Down The Hatches

This has been brewing for a while, but the flights are now finally booked. Trials Central is going international and I'm delighted to say I'll be in Duluth this year with the intention of giving coverage at least equal to, if not surpassing, the extensive coverage I give to the UK and more local International events I attend.

I've made many good online friends from the US Trials community over the years - stretching back to my early days setting up the SSDT website. In all that time, I've only ever met one - Bentley Wolfe - and that was only two weeks ago and only because he was over here on business! I'm really looking forward to hooking up with as many of you as possible while I'm out there.

What about Sir J Isherwood, aint e of the US trials community these days :)

What a first impression, speaking of Bentley, where is my polo shirt?

Please tell me you didn't accept one of his cigars... mine are far better.

He has your polo shirt, which I assume is now back in the US of A! As for cigars, he was smoking a pipe.

hopefully many of the u.s. people will be able to meet you as well at duluth. I defintely appreciate all the website effort and all I have learned here. and plenty of fun here too.

Andy, Shouldn't this thread be renamed "lock up your daughters"?

Your sig is more apt than your posting. Not so much lock up your daughters as lock up your livers!

Drop by the Beta Pit Area and have a cold American awww scratch that Canadian Beer!! :)

I'll be dropping by all the pit areas - if beer is on offer then all the better! :)

Hey Andy, make sure you get there before security does. I'm looking forward to sharing a cold one with you... adult style entertainer, that is

Oh Geez, can't you people take a joke?!?!?

In case you've not picked up from other forums here or the live chat, I will be joined by none other than Trials Central and Team WOFTAM legend - KINELL (assuming he doesn't get lost en route!) He has insisted on set times for autograph sessions and that women refrain from throwing their underwear at him.

We're both flying out to Portland and then doing a boys Roadtrip with Ishy in his RV down to Duluth. Can't wait! :(

He has insisted on set times for autograph sessions and that women refrain from throwing their underwear at him.

Andy, I'd like that changed to: -

"He has insisted on set times for personally autographing womens underwear" :(

Your shirt is at my house. You'll get it when i see you. But christ knows when that'll be..

Oh, and your cigars.. i don't think they're made of the same stuff as mine. :(
