October 4, 201114 yr Long ago I think I read of a method to convert RE Crusader ignition to manual control, ie the old fashion advanced and retard lever set up. Anyone with a better memory that mine out there?
October 5, 201114 yr Hi Jim. You can do it by mod-ing the points to swivel and then attach a cable onto an arm fixed to this plate. We Fitted Electrex ignition onto our Crusader, and would not recomend anything else. Regards Charlie.
