November 17, 201114 yr hi all ive just got got a new bush kit from bultaco uk for my 199A as anybody else had one? ive put the outer bush in nice tight fit was easy enough to put in the inner bush made of alloy was allso tight these should turn freely the only other thing i can think of is they will get free when swing arm is on anybody agree? I hop so
November 18, 201114 yr hi , you would expect it to be free is it a case of slightly reaming the inside of outer bush ,like you would a lorry kingpin
November 18, 201114 yr If they are tight they will stay tight and not free up with use. Either the outers will need reaming out or it may be possible to turn some off the inners. All depends on the the way they sit together. You need a competent machinist to look at them to decide which and to do it.
