if so whats the cost likeor can you modify one

my friend brought one spare whole set wheel ! he need this whole set wheel for show or race as spare one !

but i do see OSSA has another racing wheel as well on the special parts catalog

If you mean can the early wheel with bushes be modified to take normal bearings then the answer is yes, you need a machinist with a decent size mill to do it without needing to disassemble the wheel
