February 28, 201214 yr My son tore apart the 159 and we are trying to get it put back together/restored. We can't get the front wheel back on. It seems we are missing a spacer on the non brake side. The top hat spacer is being used inside the brake hub and the small cylinder on the non brake side. The non brake side hub won't clear the fork leg. If someone could shoot a pic of the assembly it would help. Sorry, I wasn't present during disassembly.

February 28, 201214 yr Author I have a split spacer like that but the hole in the fork leg is wider toward the hub side than on the outside where the axle goes through. That's why I think the 159 may be different.
February 28, 201214 yr The spindle bolt head goes agains the split bush on the left side.Recessed flush with outside of the fork There is another spacer held between the bearing and seal on that side The nut is also recessed in the fork there is no spacers between the the brake plate and the right fork leg.Watch the wheel does not rub against the fork slider as the spokes pull through the hub when it is worn Edited February 28, 201214 yr by Naichuff
