Balancing No Hands

Featured Replies

Hi all

Im new to trials and this forum, thought i would start my first post with a vid lol

A bit pointless really lol

Very nice job! I'm going to give that a try tomorrow. Seem like it would help with balance. Greetings from the USA!

Not pointless, It is actually a good exercise to get yourself used to not using your arms to balance. Side to side inputs for the bike should come from your feet. Lower center of gravity, center of the bike. and all that.

Its a handy way to condition your legs, hips and find your center of gravity.
