Hello, I have a Tl250 that i have been riding for a couple of years and last week the kickstarter arm finally gave out. It is just slap worn out. Is there any other kickstarters that would work. I know that it has to clear the foot peg. Until i find something to replace my worn out one, im in trouble. :wall:

    the splines on the knuckle are stripped, and the pivot on it is egg shaped. This caused the arm socket to crack and get lots of slop in it. Its just all messed up.

    Have same problem. I bought a XL 250/350 kicker in ebay and changed the base with the TL 250 Kicker.

    This worked for 2 years, but now the base almost broke. Had to weld on some new metal and scratch it.

    Not so pretty, but it works again.
