Tlr250

Featured Replies

Hi all

Just got a TLR250?

I have checked the bike over and it looks just like a TLR250 but for the engine and frame numbers which i read on a honda site should start ME07-********* but on the bike i have it starts ME04-""""""" on both the frame and engine and i can not find a bike listed which starts with these numbers so if anybody has any idear as to why the numbers are not as listed it would help

Thanks

TLR200 ???

TLR200 code MD09 so thats not it and the engine looks like the photos of the 250 not the 200 which is smaller in size

Can you post a photo? I myself have used xr200 engines in many trials frames creations.

Here are are a couple of pictures of the bike, it looks nothing like the XR200R engine or frame.

Certainly looks like a TLR, the 250 has a separate fuel tap screwed to the frame, the pics are a bit dark to tell 100% what engine it is. The cc is stamped on the front of the barrel at the bottom.

I agree with Andy, certainly looks like a TLR and a 250 too as it's got the BIG fins on the barrel. So....why you worried about the engine number, get out and have some fun on it.
