I have bought a new spring as advised to on the forum now it's just fitting it I have took the rear shock of but I carnt see how to get the spring of please help cheers bert

Wind off the peload adjuster & you should get enough space to remove the retainer at the top of the shaft when you slide the rubber bumpstop down, the spring slides off easily.

Some shocks can be done by unscrewing the preload rings & removing them over the shock body
