I have NO gripes about Lane, no "grudge", nothing. I always found him helpful and extremely knowledgable. I merely complied with the requests of my users. Had it been one or two users then I'd have passed it off as merely a clash of personalities, but it wasn't. It was multiple complaints from multiple sources. I hope that finally closes this.
