June 11, 201313 yr Hello, im new to trials and after having a go on a few mates bikes the last few weeks ive found myself buying one now. Ive got a Bultaci Sherco 250 which has got a 1999 scottish 6 Graham Jarvis fairing but im a bit confused with the exact age of the bike and didn't know if there was a way of pinning it down with the vin number on the frame or is it a case of looking at pics and seeing differences? Any info would be really good and any advice would be welcomed. hope to get out on it over the weekend to see how i get on finally on my own bike Cheers Ian
June 11, 201313 yr hi mate wellcome to TC not sure about the bultaco sherco but im sure some 1 on hear will help normaly the engin number should be the answer to the make and model and year. or the frame number. but sorry thats about all i can help you with. hope this helps a littel bit.
June 12, 201313 yr Hi Early Sherco's were branded under the Bultaco lable in 1999 and were red They dropped the bultaco name and were just Sherco and changed to blue Check out the Sherco part of the forum
June 12, 201313 yr Not sure what you mean by a fairing on the bike. Time limits could be tight at the Scottish but it would be going some to have a fairing fitted.
