hi guys quick question----does the needle go below the plastic holder in the carb

because i think i have been putting it inside with the spring on top for a while now .

Yep, first the needle in the slider, followed by the plastic cable retainer and than the spring

I once had friend put the needle clip on top of the plastic bit on a 310 Ossa he used for commuting, it ran like s--t and did abut 10 miles to the gallon

yip she liked a good session on the juice--in recovery now i hope ---certainly sounding better cant believe i made that mistake for so long.
