July 21, 201313 yr any one know the size of the external gear selector shaft oil seal as cant find one on inmotion or anywhere? cheers
July 21, 201313 yr hi i had the same problem bought 1 and it was to big so i took it to a engineers i use not sure what size it was but could find out.
July 21, 201313 yr Don't give up on BultacoUK. Give Dave ,Pete or Robin a ring as Dave stock's far more parts then he has had time to list on the web site. They are really friendly and know Bultacos inside out!
July 21, 201313 yr They have all the seals for the Bultacos. The gear shaft seal is a very tight fit into the casing. I go around the edge of the seal housing with a stanley knife or suchlike to put a leading edge for the seal, plus plenty of grease
