Engin Cleaned

Featured Replies

hi just got my engin back from the vapor blasting shop so i can start the rebuild know yepee.

Very clean indeed, I wouldn't have blasted the inner sides of the cases, the bearing seats or the support of the cylinder head.

But maybe I'am a little bit too cautious?

Nice job ,and glad to see you have a nice stack of Koyo's there instead of Chinese pish .

Not a problem if its been "gently" vapour-blasted , as its too passive to effect mechanical tolerances , how do I know ? ... I have one plus ultrasonic cleaners for restoration work .

Bondy, the black covers look cool.....till you scratch them to death with your boots and stuff, where as the polished ones are easy to keep looking good.
