November 29, 201312 yr Hi , ye I had the same problem with genuine front guard for a 315 montesa. I just heated it slightly where the bracket is and bent it up the way . That done the trick.
November 29, 201312 yr Author What did you use to heat it without the plastic going black or bubbling mike?
November 29, 201312 yr Hair drier is hot enough to do the job without damaging the plastic unlike a paint stripping gun
November 30, 201312 yr Hi , I used my plumbing blow lamp on a very small flame , keep moving the direction of the flame though or it will burn. Cheers mike
