December 27, 201312 yr Afternoon all! I have just got home from collecting a 2003 Beta Rev 3! I'm a motocross racer from saaaaafalk (Suffolk) and wanted to try this in the off-season for balance, clutch control etc! My bike... It has some splooge coming from the exhaust where the middle section joins the silencer! I believe I can repackage the silencer but would need an ally welder to weld it back up! Anyone know where I can replace the silencer? Thank you!

December 27, 201312 yr Most likely the mounts for the exhaust are broke/bad or loose. Which brings them out of alignment. Repair the mounts, re-pack the silencer and silicon up where it slides together.
December 27, 201312 yr Yes, there is O-rings. But after running with the mounts broke for an extended time they will need some help.
January 14, 201412 yr Author Thanks for your help, I bought a packing cartridge from one of the parts sites, and now shes fine with no leaking etc! I drained the fuel to find he was running a VERY rich ratio which has blocked everything up!
