I just stripped and regreased them on Saturday morning, spring washers were te only tough part, mainly because my pliers are crap other than that seemed pretty straight forward

The small pivot shaft right under the swingarm pivot is being stubborn.Tap it out with a drift maybe?

the one held into a tube with two internal spring clips ?

mine was very tight, it took fair bit of force to

get it out

Yes, it is a tight fit, I had to drift mine like JSP says with quite a bit of force to get it moving but once goig just slid out.

Thanks guys.Does it matter which side it comes out?

I don,t think so, if it helps I drifted mine from the right side to the left as you sit on the bike and reinserted the same way, from right to left, only because I found it easier to get to tat way
