April 28, 201412 yr Does anyone know what the static sag (race sag) should be on the rear shocks of twinshock I’ve put on a few pounds just lately and I seem to be squashing the rear of my bike down quite a lot!
April 28, 201412 yr I wouldn't worry too much,if you observe a section you wouldn't believe how many bikes go through with almost solid front and rear suspension.As long as they aren't bottoming out all the time they are doing their job.You ought to try riding a rigid !
April 29, 201412 yr I find that a1/3 of the travel for the shag is about right. That is with you standing on the bike.
May 18, 201412 yr I like to use the full travel for the shag, never done it standing on the bike though....
