Would anyone know of a fix for this brake pedal? Seems the previous owner chopped it up. Should I weld something on or look for a replacement? Not many websites carry this type.

I would just weld a new piece on it. It looks like it was cut, broken at the weld joint. Not sure but looks like a Sammy Miller petal to me.

I would suggest that you weld a piece of steel on the end of yours for your toe and keep an eye on the on-line auction sites for a standard one. (they do pop up from time to time).

For info, this is also a M49 brake pedal, but from an earlier M49 than the ones with the pivot located inside the frame
