Hi can anybody advise me ? I'm thinking of starting trials riding again

After about 25 years away , can anybody advise me on wich bike to go for

I'm 5.6 and over weight ( all though I'm working in that lol )

I'd like a sherco or scorpa but not sure if to stick with gas gas

, budget is about £2000 ono I ust to have 4 stroke Honda ,

Lovely bike , and beamish Suzuki , , any help would be appreciated.

if you used to have a honda 4t then you could get yourself a 4rt with 2k as they do come up on ebay for that kind of money , or would get a gasser you would get a much later 2t for your money old scorpas were good reliable bikes cant comment on the later with sherco engine

Welcome to the site racing71, Any thing up to 250cc, forget the 280's and 300's they will spit you off and chew you up!

What about twin shock if you are over 40, a lot of older guy's including my self getting back into the trials with a nice twin shocker.

If you are wanting modern, look for something forgiving. The best would be a 200 Beta or maybe a 250 Sherco. They all feel good in the parking lot. But soft useable power is much easier to control and results in less points!
