September 16, 201411 yr 450-500 ml of light gear oil. The age of the bike means it will have bearings rather than bushes, so they will need stripped and greased regularly.
September 16, 201411 yr Author So is 10-30 gear oil ok also what bearing need packing can you just use normal grease
September 16, 201411 yr Morris K2 EP is good grease. Swinging arm bearings, shock linkage bearings, steering head bearings need greasing. It is also worth greasing the wheel bearings but you need to pry the sear out with a very small (watchmakers) screwdriver or similar.
