Hi...anyone got advice ref cleaning front pipe on my 4t?

Always looks rusty even though clean.

 

I use 0000 grade wire wool on my Mont 4rt pipe with Peek polish,

Is the header stainless steel? If so I wouldn't use mild steel wool. Learnt this lesson on a ss kite buggy. you end up with small amounts of mild steel in the ss which speeds up oxidation and makes it worse long term.

Hi the addict, not sure what peek polish is? Can you advise please?

many thanks for the heads up re the polish I'll give it a go.

Just to let you know ordered and have now used Peek and it's better than solvol,done a great job on my steel front pipe.
