Hello From Suffolk, Uk

Hi all, my son and I have just aquired an old bike ('93 GG Contact 250) so we can get to grips with the basics.. balance, control etc before finding a club and hopefully getting a bit more seriously into it. I'm an old ex-biker and my son is a total novice but I suspect his slender physique and sharp senses will see me become his mechanic eventually! Anyway we're still at the parts/clothing/info gathering stage at the moment with lots to buy and everything to learn... like how much 2-stroke to add to a gallon of unleaded.. and where to get spares for these old bikes.. I guess it's time to hit the search button! Cheers, Buzz.

Cheers for that Im actually in Beck Row near Mildenhall so Corton is doable once in a while but will need something more local for regular practice, if it were road registered there are plenty of places on my doorstep but I imagine it would be complicated and expensive to do...
