twinshockdude Posted October 30, 2005 Report Share Posted October 30, 2005 remove springs from forks and fully compress,oil should be 6 inches from top. i have 10 weight oil in mine. points gap 0.015`` ignition timing 2.5 - 3.1mm BTDC hope this helps. My forks are "generic" and I don;t know their source or history, but they do the job. 34 MM and the front hub and wheel are off of something else, but it all works fine.
