Can some kind soul give me the dimensions of the springs for a tiger cub clutch. IE overal length, inner and outer diameter.

 Hi according to the Hayes manual Free length is 42mm and wear limit is 39mm  Need to go to the garage to find inside and outside OD's the springs can be bought as normal or heavy weight

PS Just found an old one 40.46mm (1.6ins) 8.8mm(0.34ins) inside 12.9mm(0.51) outside

Cheers for that. I need some new springs for a burman 3 speed clutch and its smaller than the normal size. So these may do if i cut them down

if you cut them down they will become considerably stiffer though..

The springs turned up today and I have decided that I will re cork the clutch first. As that may be the issue all along. But the springs look like they may fit my trail bike clutch.
