Chain Tensioner Spring

I leave it hooked around the tensioner arm- then use a screwdriver with a 'U' cut into it to push the straight portion that goes into the swing arm up and into the slot.

Yes, it is broken.

Get a couple, although the replacement I got has lasted for some 200 hours.

trials and Trivulations in England or Lewisport in the States have them. Not much cost
