June 7, 201610 yr I am having trouble getting the tensioner spring back in. Any tips before I go postal would be much appreciated?
June 7, 201610 yr I leave it hooked around the tensioner arm- then use a screwdriver with a 'U' cut into it to push the straight portion that goes into the swing arm up and into the slot.
June 7, 201610 yr Author Comparing my spring to the fiche it would seem a section has broken off? I cannot get the spring to catch with the notch on the swingarm?
June 7, 201610 yr Yes, it is broken. Get a couple, although the replacement I got has lasted for some 200 hours. trials and Trivulations in England or Lewisport in the States have them. Not much cost
